Groups are safe, non competitive informal environments tailored to meet the needs of the individuals attending. Groups are kept small, usually between 3-5 people to ensure that everyone receives personalised instruction and can fully benefit from the sessions. Sessions generally last approx 2 hours, depending on numbers.
A standard group workshop will include warm up, technique, individual work with the group supporting and cool down. Individual work can focus on anything that would usually be covered in a 1-2-1 lesson.
Group workshops cater for all levels and everyone is extremely supportive of one another during their individual work.
